    Need SFCC QA
    Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Onsite)
    Duration: 12+Month

    Description:

    QA Lead with 10+ yrs of experience with strong QA processes.
    OMS testing knowledge for 3-4 yrs is a Must have and IBM Sterling OMS is a Nice to have.
    Integration layer testing knowledge is a Must, Preferably MuleSoft/Microservice.
    Must have experience performing SFCC backend testing.
    Agile methodologies, Testing techniques and practices.
    Test management tools JIRA, Testrail will be nice to have.
    Lead QA spokesperson on communicating the status of the sprint story in Standups.
    Communicate and engage with Project teams, keeping them informed on Delivery activities, timelines and blockers.
    Understanding and defining areas to calculate the overall risk of the project.
    Formulate and facilitate the UAT Strategy as needed in the nature of the Project.
    Ensuring entry, exit criteria, Defect Prioritization and SLA s with 3rd party Teams are aligned and met accordingly.
    Facilitate Defect/Bug triage with cross teams when any blockers are open and escalated as appropriate to keep the work progressing.
    Publish Daily and Weekly Status report.
    Ensure to be on standby for support during Production Sev 1/Sev 2 issues
    To own continual process improvement exists within the team to ensure Quality is adhered during testing and validation processes.
