    Description

    Customer Service Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales culture, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service experiences that drive sales and foster loyalty.

    This role involves assisting guests in meeting their video gaming needs, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment. You will work closely with the management team to execute store activities, process purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, and address guest comments or questions promptly.

    • Prioritize guests over tasks by circulating throughout the store to ensure every guest receives top-notch service.
    • Support visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging shopping experience.


    To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written English; bilingual English/Spanish speaking writing skills preferred. Work well under pressure while handling multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills addition subtraction multiplication division alphabetizing skills essential for accuracy processing transactions balancing daily business transaction totals.
