Job Summary
This position provides thorough custodial and maintenance support to the Morton County Courthouse within the Buildings and Grounds Department. Duties are routine in nature and require a high degree of thoroughness, independence, initiative, and effective time management.Duties include maintaining facilities, equipment buildings by performing tasks including carpentry electrical painting plumbing HVAC repairs operating small large equipment mechanical tools cleaning duties landscaping such as planting trimming spraying installing sprinkler systems conducting building inspections identifying seasonal needs snow removal meeting room setup tear down work orders communication daily visitors courteous professional manner working team independently required.
- Maintain repair County facilities equipment buildings.
- Perform custodial duties including dusting sweeping mopping vacuuming scrubbing stripping waxing floors shampooing carpets cleaning disinfecting deodorizing restocking restrooms.
