YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR AUTO PARTS SPECIALIST

As an Auto Parts Specialist, you're more than just a numbers person. You utilize electronic catalogs, reference books, and internal computer systems to find the right parts for each job. Along with processing orders, handling billing and credit returns, and accurately reconciling transactions, you also deliver quality customer service. As you answer incoming phone calls from service shops and customers, you sell parts and accessories, handle payments, and keep customers informed about their order status with top-notch service. You even provide quotes and order parts when our service advisors sell maintenance or repair services, ensuring that every customer receives the attention they deserve. With your commitment to providing fantastic customer service, you take pride in ensuring that every job is done right the first time, meticulously checking everything for accuracy before restocking our inventory.
