    Clinic Receptionist Responsibilities:
    Know software and be able to use it efficiently. Operate switchboard telephone system. Schedule appointments. Collect appropriate demographics from the patient and set them up in the computer. Complete encounter forms. Assist patients with billing questions or transfer to the appropriate billing staff. Collect payment for services by following clinic policies and procedures.
    Maintain patient confidentiality.

    Education, Qualifications, Experience:
