Maintain close ties with customers to engender loyalty
Anticipates responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of guests including but not limited to transportation and accommodation arrangements
Greet guests in VIP check-in High Limit gaming spaces where assigned Uses sound judgment makes decisions in accordance with established comp expense guidelines Fully empowered with comp authority Handles difficult guests situations calm professional prudent manner Seamless coordination with VIP Check-in Executive Host team employees throughout property e.g Credit Gaming Hotel Food Beverage Transportation deliver superior customer experience Proactively identifies resolves service failures taking immediate action resolve service gaps cement player loyalty intent return using comp authority making exceptions Maintain track existing products services progress new initiatives Must knowledgeable happenings on property market Stays update latest developments local market industry Complies uphold company expectations Code Commitment policies procedures industry regulations department goals business strategy Gives consistent polite timely accurate information service all guests taking initiative find answer unsure
Qualifications
Three five years experience casino hotel customer service host account management experience Luxury service experience preferred Ability think independently making decisions maximize customer experience program profitability Ability effectively manage time perform multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient Point-of-Service systems Excellent interpersonal communication problem solving analytical skills Strong attention detail trip logistics customers Present well-groomed professional appearance Listen respond visual aural cues Multilingual preferredJob description
