- Conduct inventories, inspections, and provide support for COMSEC activities
- Install secure communication equipment and coordinate delivery of encryption devices
- Administer inventory control program for COMSEC materials
- Handle classified information and ensure compliance with security requirements
- Train personnel in COMSEC procedures
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or Associates Degree / HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SCI/SAR environment
- Completion of COMSEC Manager's course within 6 months of contract initiation
- Strong understanding of COMSEC accountability and procedures
- Familiarity with security policy/manuals and relevant policy documents
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High degree of initiative and creativity
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience in SAR environment is a plus
- Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
- Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph
- Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time
- Occasional movement within the office environment
- Operation of office machinery and communication with colleagues and clients
