Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, helpful individual to join our outstanding team as a Customer Care CSR. The position provides exceptional customer service by answering in-bound calls from parkers for assistance within our parking facilities.Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Display a caring attitude and connecting with our customers
- Multitasking between various systems to assist the parker/customer
- Log call activity and enter call data/information into the tracking system
