- Maintain and organize departmental information electronically.
- Act as a liaison between other departments, focusing on quality control.
- Understand and support processes affecting quality, including data interfaces, compliance, etc.
- Continuously streamline quality control data recording, reporting in areas of responsibility, and overall operations.
- Provide a high level of customer support to all teams.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system-wide issues with an emphasis on root cause analysis and countermeasures.
- Support other department to meet overall company objectives.
- Provide accurate KPI reports to management daily or as assigned within deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy and data integrity of reporting systems.
- Be fully aware of the current quality plan and optimal plan changes when necessary.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management
- System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- preferred
- 0 – 10 years of job related
- experience preferred.
- Experience in process/vehicle
- evaluation and/or vehicle part
- quality testing desired.
