Leads loyalty and customer relationship marketing programs that deliver personalized experiences through a rewards program and owned digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Define loyalty strategies to drive member acquisition engagement retention.
  • Develop targeted initiatives including gated promotions gamified experiences enrollment incentives bonus point programs.
  • Cross-functional partnership with product leaders IT finance creative merchandising agency partners to deliver programs on time within budget.
