    Progressive Physician Associates (PPA) is a large interdisciplinary private practice group of over 100 providers that includes Diagnostic Radiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Advanced Practitioners.

    We are the exclusive service provider for St. Lukes University Health Network (SLUHN) in Lehigh Valley, PA.


    Our Network:

    SLUHN,is a growing regional/tertiary network of 13 hospitals, specialty clinics and imaging centers serving the Lehigh Valley community in Northeastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey.

    We are an Academic institution with extensive residency and fellowship programs as well as a Medical School. Pediatrics at SLUHN has seen tremendous growth expanding services to 11 counties across 2 states.

    Lukes University Hospital, Bethlehem campus, is now a proud member of the Childrens Hospital Association, representing the Networks investment in continuing to grow services for pediatric patients.

    The inpatient pediatric units are located at St. Lukes University Hospital, Bethlehem Campus.

    A new replacement 17 bed inpatient unit opened this spring and the Networks first Pediatric Intensive Care Unit opened with 8 beds in early 2020.

    The department is supported by a growing team of pediatric specialists covering 14 specialty areas including:
    pediatric surgery, GI, endocrinology, nephrology, developmental pediatrics, neurology, cardiology, dermatology, psychiatry, pulmonology, radiology, anesthesia, orthopedics, and plastic surgery.

    As a GE show site, the network offers state of the art, standardized equipment across network hospitals and imaging sites along with a unified PACS system.

    This position will support a growing Pediatric Radiology Division within PPA as well as participate in daytime general adult diagnostics.

    Xray, US, Fluoro, CT for Peds and Adults, pediatric MR and flexibility to cover additional specialty reads.

    Similarly, the ideal candidate will continue the tradition of strong interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with SLUHN pediatric specialists in delivering world class care in a network boasting several Top 100 Hospital awards by IBM/ Watson Health and Fortune/Merative.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to provide excellent clinical care, teaching, and the opportunity to participate in scholarly activity.

    The ability to teach pediatric imaging and procedures to medical students and radiology residents is a requirement. This position requires participation in interdisciplinary conferences and NICU rounds with pediatric specialists.
    Successful completion of an ACGME accredited pediatric radiology fellowship
    ABR/AOBR certification, medical licensure/eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
    CAQ or CAQ-eligible in pediatric radiology
    1:5 weekend (with plans for 1:6)
    ~5a-8a and evening 5p-8p call 2 times a week
