    Job Summary:

    Be a part of our Talent Acquisition team as we partner with our managers and key leadership to find top talent in the government contracting space.

    In this role you will get to build candidate relationships for active roles within the company.


    Responsibilities Include:
    Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for government contractsSupporting full-cycle recruitment efforts for government contract positions, with a focus on hiring cleared personnel for DoD or similar agenciesInteracting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs etc.)

    Crafting and sending recruiting emailsIdentifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g.

    Boolean search techniques, job board searches, LinkedIn groups posts)Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needsMeeting monthly recruitment goalsTracking recruiting metricsAsking for referrals from current employees and external networksPromoting our employer brand online and offlineMaintaining candidate databases (e.g.

    via our Applicant Tracking System)Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunitiesAttending virtual job fairsRequired Qualifications and Skills:
    3+ years of experience in recruiting or sales2+ years of experience in a recruiting/talent acquisitions/sourcing role for both cleared and uncleared positions in government contractingHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

    Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), iCIMS a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidatesProven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detailDesired:
