    Description

    Overview:

    Our client, an industry-leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects.

    Oversee project development, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
    Supervise project buyout in collaboration with the estimator.
    Manage submittals and the RFI process.
    Review subcontractor and vendor payments and analyze subcontractor billings.
    Maintain necessary logs including change orders, field orders, submittals, RFIs, and more.
    Track materials used on the job site.
    Collaborate with the Vice President of Project Management to effectively manage projects.
    Coordinate payments with lower-tier vendors and subcontractors.
    Mentor and train Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
    Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
    ~ 5-10 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer.
    ~5 years in heavy civil construction with Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant experience.

    Knowledge of Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant construction and systems.
    Ability to manage medium-sized projects.
    Understanding of project financial reporting and minority goals.
    Familiarity with contract documents and dispute resolution procedures.
    Leadership and management skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, P6, and Viewpoint software.
    This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Work is primarily performed in a non-smoking office environment, with fieldwork and travel required. Overnight stays may be necessary depending on project demands.
    Demonstrate visual and hearing acuity.
    Work on outdoor construction sites with uneven terrain and in various weather conditions.
