- Assist with administration of compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiative.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of HR polices.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in investigations.
- Assist with accident and injury reporting/workers compensation
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of an organizational culture that values a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Annual Salary Range- $55K to $65K
