    Our WPM Technology Team is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager to join us. At WPM Technology, we tackle some of the most difficult obstacles in the AEC industry. Our comprehensive range of services includes IT managed services, consulting, cybersecurity, custom software development, and immersive digital project collaboration.     Responsibilities in this position will include:This is a hands-on role.

    You will implement a wide variety of IT solutions with assistance from the rest of our experienced professionalsGuiding IT in concert with business leaders and implementing IT projects in any of our customers' environmentsDeploying and monitoring advanced networking solutions including SD-WAN, Firewalls and remote access solutions across a global footprintTesting and deployment of collaboration solutions including cloud based virtual desktops, global file shares and proxies/zero-trust techniques to facilitate easier access for remote workMaintenance of existing Private and Public Cloud services including Virtual Desktops with full GPU support, Azure AD, Teams, etc.

    Maintenance of existing Windows Infrastructure - Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, SQL, etc.
    Vendor management - budgeting, acquisitions, vendor comparisons, running a proof of concept in real network, ability to supervise an office movePresent information in a clear manner to internal, client and public audiencesQualifications

    Key attributes of the successful candidate

    5 years' experience in a related environment (multi-site, multi-country network with thousands of devices)

    Advanced level knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
    Strong background with enterprise cloud computingExperience with Office 365 migrationAzure AD Identity Management experience, including context aware MFA and password self-serviceNetworking skills - knowledge of routing protocols, routing, switching and wireless design and configuration including firewalls, SD-WAN and troubleshootingSecurity - Endpoint Detection and Response, Alert Management, awareness of Threat Actors and TTPsVirtualization - Servers, Virtual Desktops with Graphics, Network Devices, DR and runbooksEndpoint Management - at scale and with client systems scattered around the worldDeep OS architectureA desire for continuous learningProject management experience, including documentation and organizational rolloutScripting experience - PowerShell, python or otherStrong communication skillsCustomer service commitment, Business PartnerOther useful experience would include:

    Prior experience in an IT consulting position is helpful but not requiredBachelor's degree in related fieldRelevant certifications - GIAC, Microsoft, Cisco, othersReport writing skillsTraining in intrusion detection, incident response with targeted forensics, threat intelligence, managing security awareness and vulnerability management programsImplementing Zero Trust Networking - App proxies, Identity Management, Device Compliance, Role Based Network ACLsAuditing of existing networks for external customersExperience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction sectorExperience with PKI - certificate creation, signing
