    How you'll serve our patients As a dietary professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform.

    You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

    Collect and analyze patient data as related to the dietary department Sets up and supervises meals, snacks, supported eating and restaurant outings Distributes, collects, corrects and organizes menus twice weekly Updates and maintains snack lists and diet order sheet weekly Updates and maintains patient meal schedule weekly Distributes, collects and analyzes food service quality improvement indicators Assists in communication between disciplines Provides patient support when necessary and appropriateMust haves 2 years of relative experience in a clinical administrative setting preferred Valid Driver's license CPRBonus Qualities Some experience working with mentally ill populations Bachelor's degree preferredHow we invest in you Every role at ERC Pathlight is essential to delivering the high-quality care we promise to our patients.

    Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Compensation starting range for the Dietary Assistant role is $17.50 to $19.00 hourly. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
