This role ensures that the organizations systems, platforms, and application landscape are integrated, scalable, secure, and aligned to business priorities.

The EA will work closely with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, security, and infrastructure to deliver modern, cloud-ready solutions leveraging the Azure and AWS ecosystems, contemporary integration patterns, intuitive user interfaces, and modern workflow automation capabilities.

/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred)./lili10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years as an Enterprise Architect or senior solution architect./liliDeep expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms./liliStrong experience with enterprise integration, API design, and event-driven systems./liliHands-on knowledge of modern UI development frameworks./liliExpertise in workflow automation/orchestration platforms./liliProven experience architecting solutions in regulated, global enterprisespreferably in commercial insurance, financial services, or similar industries./liliStrong understanding of security architecture, identity and access management (IAM), data protection, and cloud governance./li/ulpstrongPreferred Skills/strong/pulliExperience with underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing or rating platforms.

/li/ulpstrongSalary Range:

/strong $165,000 $175,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience./ppAt Sompo, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success.
