The location is an ICF-ID in Meridian, providing services to individuals with intellectual Disabilities in a group home setting.

Looking for a Big Hearted Individual to lead a team of 8-12 staff in a 24-hour care facility.

The House Manager is a management level staff directly responsible for the administrative responsibilities and overall operations of each assigned facility including supervision of Direct Care Staff, Lead Workers and Sr. Staff.

Act as Direct Care Staff as needed to cover needed staff to client ratios

Manage household budget and keep weekly checkbook

Prepare and post Direct Care Staff schedules and assignments

Submit weekly census to main office for billing

Submit weekly as worked schedules and approve timecards

New Direct Care Staff training

Monitor Direct Care Staff performance through Evaluations and consistent feedback

Consult with staff on work performance issues and follow up to ensure positive development

Develop Lead Workers and Sr. Staff

1. 19 Years Old

2. Ability to pass a department of health and welfare background check

3. Idaho Driver's License with clean driving record

4. Assistance with Medications Certificate a plus

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
