    Overview:

    A Lead Customer Service Associate creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere, puts smiles on peoples faces using world class customer service, and provides a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.

    Primary Duties:
    • Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
    • Assist in the training of Customer Service Associates.
    • Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
    • Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
    • Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
    • Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.

    • Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
    Qualifications

    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
    • Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented
    • Must have resilient positive attitude and energetic personality
    • Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision
    Physical Demands:
    • Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
    • Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
    • Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
