Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Human Resource Services Division, Payroll Support Unit is accepting applications for Seasonal Clerk.
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
filing, photocopying, scan and purge personnel documents.
Use the personal computer to create labels, file folders and track files on the Payroll Share Point Site data base.
Operate duplicating machines, and/or other office equipment. Answer telephones, maintain the reception desk, send email messages and assist customers, picking-up, delivering and ddistributing mail.Excellent customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential.
The incumbent must be able to work independently, follow both verbal and written instructions, organize workload priorities, exercise good judgment, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a pattern of dependability.
Position exists in downtown Sacramento.751 N Street, Sacramento, CA 95814
Located within walking distance to light rail, farmer's market during the summer months, variety of retailers, and restaurants and food trucks.

Background Investigation RequirementThe position(s) may require an applicant to pass a background investigation.
