    The Senior Regional IT Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Information Technology function within a specified region or geographical area. This individual will manage IT operations, infrastructure, and services to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions that align with the organization's overall business objectives. The Senior Regional IT Manager will lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to support and enhance the organization's technology capabilities within the assigned region.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements. Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes, productivity, and efficiency.


    • Oversee the day-to-day IT operations within the region, ensuring smooth and reliable functioning of systems, networks, and applications. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.


    • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks and professional development. Define performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews to drive individual and team performance. Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture within the IT team.


    • Oversee the execution of IT projects within the region, ensuring they are completed on time

    and within budget. Manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet business objectives. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.


    • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT hardware, software, and

    services. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to obtain the best value for the organization.


    • Develop and manage the regional IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with

    business priorities. Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising service quality.


    • Communicate IT initiatives, progress, and challenges to senior management and other regional stakeholders. Collaborate with other functional departments to ensure IT solutions meet their requirements and support their operations.

    Qualifications and Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's

    degree preferred.


    • Proven experience (8+ years) in IT management, with a track record of successfully

    leading IT teams and implementing technology solutions.


    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and software development processes.


    • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


    • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.


    • Experience in a multinational or global organization is advantageous.


    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
