Description

I am recruiting for a Manufacturing Company in need of a Project Engineer. Project Engineer is responsible for fulfilling assignments, individually or as part of a project team. Assignments may include involvement in multiple projects simultaneously.
Receive project assignments from Project Manager and/or Technical Lead
Write PLC and HMI Application Software
Configure AC and DC Drive Equipment
Provide engineering detail to and work with internal drafting resources to develop drawings
Report on project status and communicate technical issues
Develop system test plan documents, simulation code, and perform system testing
Experience in programming/configuring PLC's (Allen Bradley, Siemens, & GE), drives (Siemens, ABB, & Allen Bradley), and various HMI packages
Willingness and desire to participate in ongoing training to maintain technical competency in automation products, software, and complimentary areas
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
Ability to lead all phases of a project while managing critical milestones and customers
