MLT-$6,000 Starting BenefitMLS-$6,900 Starting BenefitThe Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Lab Technician performs various chemical, microscopic and bacteriological tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease.

This position performs laboratory analysis of specimens and records results.


Position QualificationsMLTEducation:
Associate Degree Medical Lab Technician or equivalent required

Certifications:
American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) upon or within 12 months of employment required

MLSEducation:
Bachelors Degree Medical Technology or equivalent required

Certifications:

American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) or American Medical Scientist (AMT) upon or within 12 months of employment required.
