- Base Salary: $2,500 per month ($30,000 annually) with average earnings well over $100,000.00 a year.

- Lead Management : Proactively call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads. Qualify prospects and close high-ticket mentorship and consulting packages.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust, build long-term rapport, and position our programs as the right solution for serious entrepreneurs.
- CRM Management: Accurately log notes, track follow-ups, and manage pipeline activity inside the CRM system.
- Performance Execution: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including calls, appointments, and revenue targets.
- Event Representation: Participate in both virtual and in-person events. Assist with on-site sales efforts and client engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive sales floor environment. Participate in training, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales. Experience in business consulting, coaching, or education sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, and clear in both verbal and written communication.
- Closer Mentality: You are competitive, disciplined, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
- CRM & Tech Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM systems, sales tools, and basic reporting platforms.
- Team-Oriented Professional: Works well in a structured, high-performance environment and contributes to team success.
- Must work in-person at our Phoenix, AZ office

The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our Phoenix office. This role is ideal for a motivated closer who thrives in high-ticket sales, builds strong client relationships, and believes in the life-changing value of business education.
You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into mentorship clients and event attendees while maintaining strong CRM discipline and contributing to a performance-driven team culture.
This is an in-office position. We are building a strong, collaborative environment and are looking for individuals who want to grow with the company long term.
