THE JOB:

As a Busperson at The Mayfair Supper Club in Bellagio, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's pristine atmosphere, ensuring that the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage station are clean and organized. Your attention to detail will allow guests to fully immerse themselves in an unforgettable dining experience that transcends just dinner. Inspired by the glamour of legendary supper clubs, The Mayfair offers impeccable cuisine set against the iconic Fountains of Bellagio, complete with stunning presentations and an array of delightful flavors.

THE STARTING RATE: $ hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1+ years of previous experience as a busperson or food runner preferred
• Previous experience as a Busperson in a high-volume, fine dining environment preferred
