    • Friday 7:00 am 4:00 pmEarn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employmentCome and experience the difference with R+L CarriersJob DescriptionAt Energy Pellets of America, the Sales/ Operations Manager is a key role in the success of the company.
    This position is involved in all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, operations, recruitment and hiring, logistics and much more. The individual in this position must be able to multitask and must perform under tight deadlines and changing needs.

    This position will also require some physical labor including lifting heavy items, (up to 60 pounds), operating equipment, (forklift/skid steer) and being on your feet and bending throughout the day.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Sales Manage accounts for all of our dealers and customers Oversee and manage day-to-day sales activities and inventory for 4+ locations Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal Find new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into partnerships Keep records of sales and customer data in our CRM Present products to prospective clients Call prospective customers and introduce our products and services Assist in running the point of sale and checking out customers Assist in recruiting by posting open positions to recruitment websites, look over resumes, schedule interviews, and help the candidate through the hiring process Assist with onboarding new employees including online trainings Logistics coordination with LTL shipments and truckloads shipments Occasionally help loading mulch and top soil with the skid steer Occasionally run the forklift to move heavy items Help load customers vehicles with bags of mulch and wood pellets Must be able to lift up to 60lbs Occasional travel Work closely with sales representative at our Ocala, FL location Assist in ordering essential materials for the company Job Requirements 1 year of sales experience preferred Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, sale or related field preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Experience with CRM tools Willingness to do anything to get the job done correctly and on time#LI-AK1Click here here UsR+L Carriers is a family owned, privately held transportation company founded in 1965.
