- Own the end-to-end success of your product launch
- Launch Marketing campaigns to understand consumer needs and iterate on the results to develop your product
- Develop a GTM strategy for your product
- Reach out to customers, demo your product and onboard customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop your product
- Compile progress reports for leadership team
- Eventually hire and onboard a team to help scale your business
- 5+ years experience in similar field: Growth/Product/Strategy/Operations
- Prior experience in SaaS (AI experience is a bonus)
- Experience in a startup environment and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Extremely resourceful - comfortable picking anything up and figuring it out
- Highly organized - able to manage projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Tech and data-savvy (able to analyze data and build models using sheets, SQL or other tools)
- Great communicator
