    Role Overview:

    The main goal of this role is to manage a Hilti Store efficiently to increase walk-in sales and smaller field accounts by providing top-notch customer service (aiming for a 95% order fill rate). Everything done in this position is focused on achieving Total Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Hilti Brand

    Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the Hilti image, selling its products and services, consulting with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The tasks include managing inventory, sales records, administrative duties, order information, maintaining the customer database, and interacting directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. It is crucial to ensure complete customer satisfaction and enhance the Hilti brand through successful operations and sales.
    Scope: Central role in the Hilti Store structure - overseeing inventory and sales records; engaging in cross-selling and upselling.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
    • Capacity to drive change and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing relevant data to devise and implement effective strategies
    • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Capability to cultivate a loyal customer base in a retail setting while enhancing the company's market presence
    • Competence in analyzing information to identify target customers and develop business plans to tap into potential customers' unmet needs
    • Aptitude for managing and maintaining company assets effectively (e.g. company products)
    • Skill in demonstrating the correct use of Hilti products to customers
    • Ability to collaborate with various departments for successful representation at the Hilti Store (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service)
    • Proficiency in MS Office for managing, analyzing, and drafting business plans to drive sales growth
    • Understanding of the operational processes in a matrix organizational setup
    • Basic knowledge of sales through diverse channels
    • Basic understanding of consultative selling techniques
    • Mechanical aptitude is advantageous
    • Prior experience in reading and interpreting construction documents is preferred Upon completing the Hilti Store Representative Development Program, the next role typically necessitates relocation; as a global sales and marketing entity, geographical flexibility is essential

    The salary range for this position considers various aspects in making compensation decisions, such as skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and organizational requirements. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographical differentials.

    It's uncommon at Hilti to hire someone at the top range of the scale, as compensation determinations hinge on individual circumstances. The current estimated range is $52,000-$55,000 with a potential bonus of $5,000 - $6,000
