    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Texada/Service Link Champion & Liaison
      • Have a working knowledge of all Texada products.
      • Perform on-going training to new employees on needed modules.
      • Help align Wheeler and Texada for future growth, ongoing development and optimization.
      • Help troubleshoot user issues.
    • Manage Product Support Continuous Improvement (CI)
      • Drive CI in all areas and branches of Product Support
      • Attend area CI meetings and provide guidance as needed.
      • Organize and conduct rapid improvement workshops based on CI improvement cards.
      • Assist in conducting semi-annual Greenbelt trainings.
      • Work with CCO CI to align with Campbell Company targets.
    • Contamination Control Auditor
      • Perform quarterly CC audits.
      • Train branch CC champions
      • Assist in maintaining (or improving) Caterpillar certifications.
      • On going training as needed
    • Metric reporting and validation as it relates to Caterpillar benchmarks and certifications:
      • People: Safety, Development, CPS Program
      • Quality: Customer Experience / NLS, Rework / Warranty, Excellence Programs, OTIL, ONBD
      • Velocity: Shop TCD, Field Response Time, Work Order Management, Workflow Management, Resource Optimization
      • Cost: Tech Productivity, Flat Rate Variance, ELR, DE Management
    • Regular reviews with management on progress, future needs.
    • Weekly reviews with Project Sponsors.
    • Assist in VOC & CX projects.
    • Assist in Cap & Cap initiatives:
      • CRC expansion
      • Dyno projects
    • Assist in OPEX initiatives:
      • SEP Audits
      • Asset management, scheduling, and optimization
    • All other duties as assigned
    Required Qualifications:
    • Maintain and promote safety standards
    • Strong and demonstratable critical thinking skills
    • Must be able to manage multiple, large capital projects at once
    • Effective communication across multiple channels, management levels, and supply chains
    • Six Sigma Black belt or equivalent
    • Familiarity with Texada (Service Link), DBS, and Tableau reporting
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related study
