Paul Davis, an INSURANCE RESTORATION SERVICE COMPANY seeks full-time person with general office skills, and good people skills. Must be detail-oriented with computer, excel and accounting experience.

Paul Davis is currently looking for an Office Manager in your area.

Our office is located in Henderson, KY.

At Paul Davis, we help home owners put their lives together after a traumatic event.

If you like helping others, detailed oriented, thrive on high stress, excellent communication skills, accounting, debits and credits, QuickBooks knowledge, and would enjoy the reward of working in a fast paced environment, come join us.

The Office Manager works with owners and the office staff to ensure that all jobs are costed properly, accurately, and follow all guidelines.

There is never a dull moment.

We are looking for individuals with a strong accounting background

The ideal Office Manager:

Is self-motivated
Likes working with people-Team player
Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
Thrives under high stress situations
Has excellent communication skills
Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Is willing to work hard
QuickBooks knowledge, debits and credits and how they work, along with other duties as assigned

Must successfully pass background checks upon hire.

Salary based upon experience.

Compensation:
$30,000
