Description

Provide expert-level technical support for the sales of screw feeder products and product launch of new screw feeder systems.

Drive and support marketing and sales of the screw feeder product line to ensure targets are met and align with the product launch plan.

Evaluate customer and end-user requirements for the screw feeder product line and how Atlas Copco's products can be modified to meet customer needs.

Conceptualize the screw feeder applications and integrate Atlas Copco products where applicable.

Make technical recommendations to research and development and production regarding adjustments to the screw feeder products and technology, which will respond to customer/market needs and demands and maintain Atlas Copco's competitiveness within the industry.

Develop and organize training programs to help customers and sales team understand the technical features of the screw feeder products and customer applications.

Prepare marketing materials that highlight the technical features, applications, and benefits of the screw feeder products to support product sales.

Drive the technical aspects of marketing activities for the screw feeder products, including marketing materials, customer analysis, and product functionality.

Organize plans to inform customers of the latest technology in screw feeder products and recommend to customers the best use of these developments.

Develop action plans, communications, resources, and schedules to provide technical support for marketing and sales of the screw feeder products.

Requires up to 50% domestic and foreign travel.
2 years of experience with screw feeding technology.
Knowledge of screw feeder product applications, screw feeder engineering and technology, and screw feeder marketing strategies.

Experience with screw feeder products and systems, including development, assembly, electronic controls, troubleshooting, quotes, sales, design review, and technical specifications for customer applications.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in engineering, business, or a related field
