We are seeking a Real Estate School Instructor to take on the exciting responsibility of delivering live Real Estate classes. This role involves teaching students in both classroom and online settings.

Compensation:

$20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Conduct the 63-hour Florida pre-licensing class online during evenings and weekends
Utilize effective teaching techniques to actively involve students in the learning process
Focus on guiding and supporting students to achieve success
Manage classroom dynamics efficiently
Respond to student inquiries during classes and follow-up sessions
Adhere to the class schedule and make necessary adjustments based on feedback
Provide relevant materials such as handouts, books, and resources
Follow guidelines regarding attendance, timing, and student issues
Stay updated on curriculum changes and communicate with management
Engage both in-class and remote students

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Florida Real Estate Instructor License
Proficient in using Zoom, Google Meets, and Microsoft Teams
Demonstrate strong communication skills with PowerPoint and Google Slides
Adept at leveraging technology for teaching
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Adapt to new teaching methodologies and adjust course materials accordingly
Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills
Demonstrate strong presentation and teaching capabilities
