    Your Mission: Primary Responsibilities



    PT Business Management

    • Build and maintain an active client base.
    • Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings, using our internal systems.
    • Market and sell personal training programs through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
    • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.

    Service and Hospitality

    • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
    • Enhance member workouts and overall club experience through engaging interactions.
    • Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
    • Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.

    Professional Development

    • Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your knowledge and qualify for promotions.
    • Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management as required.

    What We're Looking For: Qualifications

    • Current Personal Training certification or a willingness to obtain one (we offer a certification reimbursement program).
    • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
    • A passion for fitness, ambition, and drive to succeed.
    • Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
    • Basic computer and technology skills.
    • Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
