Job summary
Direct Support Professional will provide support and assistance to people with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities as needed based on the needs of the residential program assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and assist people in our services with skills training in all activities of daily living during the day, evening and/or overnight hours (depending on the shift the employee is assigned).
- Create opportunities and provide support to people in our services to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
