    Home Inspection Report Quality Assurance Specialist (REMOTE)

    The Home Inspection Report Quality Assurance Specialist (REMOTE) will ensure quality accuracy for all completed inspection reports. My Safe Home Inspection is looking for a select few Experienced, Florida Licensed, or formerly licensed 1099 Contract Home Inspectors to conduct Quality Administrative/Control for incoming Inspections throughout Florida.

    Candidates will have a background in the Florida Home Inspection industry that gives them a thorough understanding of the contents of an inspection report.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review inspection reports accuracy and quality and meets all requirements of any formerly issued inspection forms.
    • Ensure compliance with state and insurance regulations and standards for each completed report.
    • Inspections and reports must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations to include insurance regulations
    • Receive inspection reports from home inspectors, and process them through a software system
    • Control quality reports against a checklist of requirements to make sure they are complete, including the presence of required photos, correct orientation and labeling, grammar, and comprehensive viewing
    • Communicate any gaps in the reports to the inspector and/or to supervisors, and participate in problem-solving to complete any missing items
    • Enter information from the report into a proprietary software program
    • Provide customer service for applicable inspections needing permit information
    • Communicate proactively to the supervisor about any issues with reports, software operation, or otherwise
    • Full-time/40 hours per week with the ability to work a variety of shifts

    Requirements (No Exceptions):

    • Current/Active State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Certificate of Licensed Inspector or previously licensed
    • Valid State of Florida Drivers License
    • Reliable high-speed internet with at least 15 MBPS; check speed here.

    Other position requirements:

    • Level 2 Criminal Background Check, along with fingerprinting
    • Drug Screen
    • 3+ Years of Home Inspection Experience
    • Wind Mitigation Certification Coursework Completed (i.e., InterNACHI Certificate or other notable certification)
