PRIMARY FUNCTION

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of preventive maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform various preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems promptly.

Maintain machine geometric tolerances to ensure accurate and efficient operation.

Collaborate with other team members to implement improvements and optimize machine performance.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.

Proven experience in maintenance, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
