- Oversight daily DRG appeal clinical review operations ensuring timely accurate compliant case handling.
- Provide clinical guidance mentorship team members serve resource complex cases problem-solving.
Qualifications
- RN license required minimum years clinical nursing experience addition years DRG appeals review preferred demonstrated leadership mentorship experience healthcare setting strong knowledge DRG methodology clinical documentation regulatory requirements excellent communication problem-solving organizational skills EMR/healthcare systems data-driven decision-making approachable proactive team player high attention detail quality ability coach motivate hold others accountable empathy comfortable navigating change driving continuous improvement previous experience Team Lead formal leadership role healthcare clinical setting Associate degree Diploma RN required BSN preferred perceived weekly hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p time zone residence anticipated.
