    NVIDIA is looking for a Security Engineer who is passionate about security automation, software development and a professional who is looking to take on new challenges.

    We are looking for an experienced security engineer to join our corporate Security Operations team responsible for actively developing scripts, playbooks, and software to automate a variety of processes and workflows.

    You will apply your experience and skills to own and drive the resolution of complex engineering problems, security incidents and investigations, policy questions, and technical security issues.

    You will help design, build, and use infrastructure securely, including work to orchestrate and automate security processes.

    If this sounds like a fun challenge and you are a hands-on Security Engineer, we want to hear from youWhat you'll be doing:Build software, scripts, automation playbooks, API integrations, and correlation searches.

    Build security tools and automation for critical corporate infrastructure protection, monitoring, and remediation.

    Develop DevOps pipelines and mature the SDLC process.

    Deploy AI/ML solutions to improve security, including deploying and integrating NVIDIA's own solutions


    Work with security orchestration automation and response technologies (SOAR) to integrate enterprise systems and security systems, build and optimize orchestration and automation playbooks, and build automated actions and responses to security events.


    Shadow the security analysts to understand security from an analyst point of view so that you can build more effective security solutions, detections, and automations.

    Provide security expertise and guidance to a diverse set of NVIDIA engineering and business teams.

    Lead or participate in the creation and or maintenance of policies, security metrics, standards, baselines, and guidelines.

    What we need to see:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

    12+ years of relevant work experience in software development, building automation, or security.

    Solid proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, C/C++, Node, and Java.


    Experience with SIEM and SOAR tools and automation for security needs and Proven track record in building software, automation, scripts for the security operations or infrastructure.

    Experience and interest in incident response, hunting, forensics, intrusion detection, and threat intelligence.

    Experience with Data engineering. Experience in data science or Machine learning in the context of security.


    Background with attacks and mitigation methods, experience working in two or more of the following: Network protocols and secure network design; Operating system internals and hardening (e.g., Windows, Linux, OS X, Android); Web application and browser security; Security assessments and penetration testing; Authentication and access control; Applied cryptography and security protocols.


    Highly motivated, independently driven, and good interpersonal skills, with a consistent track record of successful collaboration with cross-discipline and multi-functional teams that coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries and geographies.

    Ways to stand out from the crowd:Security tools development experience in one or more general-purpose languages.

    Experience and interest in working with SOAR, SIEM-related developments, and integrations.

    Background with incident response, vulnerability management, and other security operation center activities in addition to the programming/development skills.

    Experience in deploying NVIDIA's AI/ML security technologies, such as Morpheus.

    If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from youThe base salary range is 192,000 USD - 368,000 USD.

    Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

    You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
