- Account/project management on select accounts and throughout the 1AB client portfolio, as needed
- Daily and weekly media monitoring across the 1AB client portfolio and individual clients
- Manage agendas, timelines, calendars, project trackers and overall account and social support materials
- Materials development across the 1AB client portfolio (e.g. press releases, reporter backgrounders, award nominations, etc.)
- Support research needs for clients and preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings
- Support digital account leads with content development, as needed
- Generating, editing, and publishing client content (original copy, images, etc.)/Managing creative development in collaboration with designers, editors
- Participating and contributing to brainstorming sessions
- Maintaining 1AB editorial, award and conference calendars
- Proofing and editing materials across 1AB client portfolio
- Collaborating on various initiatives across the rest of the 1AB portfolio
- 3-5 years of proven work experience in a public relations or corporate communications role within an agency; biotech knowledge is a plus
- Positive attitude and team player
- Comfort and accountability working remotely or in co-working space
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
- Self-starter, responsible, strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to be independent, yet team-oriented and collaborative
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high quality work
- Innovative, critical thinker who is easily adaptable and can bring to the table creative, out-of-the-box thinking and perspective
- Experience in life sciences preferred
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, new media or related field required
