Job summary
Facilitate the end-to-end lending process within the US CCB for the assigned relationships and portfolio Knowledgeable of assigned portfolio and industry, able to articulate and support a credit view based on well-supported analysis that effectively balances risk and business objectives Ensure appropriate regulatory classification minimizing net credit losses for covered portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage the analysis workflow of underwriting requests for new-to-bank existing credit relationships including pre-screening opportunities facilitate amendments extensions perform annual reviews other credit requests related diligence Lead timely analysis preparation monthly quarterly financial memo reviews existing borrowers track compliance loan covenants raising potential concerns taking necessary actions partnership key stakeholders assigned portfolio Direct supervise loan documentation process both new transactions amendments modifications coordination internal partners outside legal counsel ensure all approval terms conditions appropriately represented closing documents Conduct periodic client calls select new bank opportunities partner Relationship Manager Develop maintain extensive knowledge various products services offered CCB clients Mentor develop junior staff become effective resources future Credit Officers Bankers Recommend changes improve processes achieve greater efficiency controls Work proactively constructive diplomatic manner internal external stakeholders transactions moving forward accordance appropriate controls.
