    Job Description


    The Graduation Advisor will advise students, primarily juniors and seniors, in the College of Arts and Sciences on their graduation requirements and options for completing their academic goals.

    This is achieved through written communication, updating individual student records in degree audit software, and in advising meetings.

    The graduation advisor will maintain strong professional relationships with academic departments and programs across the College and University to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent information about degree requirements.

    The Graduation Advisor will serve as a general resource within the CAS Academic Advising Office, and will assist with advising issues for all College of Arts and Sciences students.

    This position will work closely with the Director of Academic Services on various projects throughout the year.


    Required Skills

    B.A./B.S., Master's degree preferred, and three to five years of experience.
