Job summary
Proactively manage cross-functional projects from initiation through successful completion ensuring alignment with strategic business goals timelines budgets compliance requirements and quality standards Collaborate closely with business units technology teams and leadership to deliver a wide range of initiatives including operational improvements digital transformation efforts construction-related projects and system implementations Apply both Agile and traditional project management methodologies to maximize value manage risks support organizational change foster continuous improvement Project Management & Execution Lead the full project lifecycle initiate plan execute monitor close Develop detailed project plans schedules resource allocations Define project scope objectives deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Monitor manage project budgets timelines scope Identify member-facing impacts early in the project lifecycle collaborate with business units ensure minimal disruption Assist with vendor selection onboarding performance evaluation according to credit union policies Coordinate third-party vendors ensure deliverables meet contractual compliance requirements Cross-Functional Coordination Facilitate cross-functional decision-making by ensuring stakeholders understand trade-offs Support data-related initiatives including cleanup migration planning validation Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communications status updates PMO Support Prepare portfolio-level updates dashboards for leadership review Ensure projects align organizational strategy member value growth goals In addition SFCU offers comprehensive benefits package wellness options paid time off federal holiday pay NYS sick time career pathing tuition assistance program+
