    Job Description


    We are looking for a Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.


    As a Branch Manager, you can grow your career in many directions: Regional Manager/Leader and beyond.

    Here is glimpse of what you will do:


    • Model Leadership; Connect with the people that you lead; Multiply talent.
    • Lead Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.

    Operations:
    Full P&L responsibility.


    Processes/Compliance:
    Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.


    • Achieve operational goals/metrics.
    • Provide on the job training through self or others.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Here is some of what you will need (required):


    • 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience prefer: construction/installation, trades.
    • Full P&L experience.
    • Clear Post-Offer Drug Screen.
    • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
