    Description

    Position: Assistant General Manager

    Type: Full-Time (min. 48 hours weekly)

    Compensation: Salary, Exempt

    What to Expect as an Assistant General Manager:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant management operations
    • ServSafe Certification is a must
    • Valid driver's license and insurance needed
    • Flexible schedule with the ability to cover shifts on short notice
    • Responsible for hiring and training employees
    • Proficient in various operational tasks
    • Track record of meeting sales and profit targets
