- Four-year degree with a concentration in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operation, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years' experience in Order Scheduling, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Manufacturing Management, preferably in a constraint-based flow management environment.
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of cost control related to own work.
- Familiarity with problem-solving techniques and data collection resources.
- Proficiency in Shop Floor Data Control Systems and various software applications such as IBM Notes, Word, and Excel.
- On-the-job interaction in a constraint-based flow management environment.
- Use material flow functions to maintain a synchronous material/order flow through the manufacturing process.
- Identify daily and weekly work center schedules to ensure a smooth material/order flow.
- Provide schedules to flow path supervisors, review, and adjust delivery dates as necessary.
- Communicate changes in schedules to the commercial team.
- Plan and schedule incoming material to satisfy order backlog.
- Create parts and routings for operations using established production practices.
- Collaborate with Quality & Technical as needed for special processes.
