    Key Accountabilities and Priorities:

    • Build and maintain forecasting & pricing models
    • Deploy sophisticated analytics programs, machine learning and statistical methods
    • Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling
    • Analyze large amounts of data to find patterns
    • Build, develop and maintain mathematical models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics
    • Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
    • Collaborate with business and IT teams
    • Deliver updates to stakeholders in a clear manner and based on analytics
    • Design and build technical processes to address business issues

    Required Education and/or Experience:

    • 8-10+ years of experience
    • Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
    • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
    • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting usable data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
    • Proficiency with common ML models such as Deep Learning, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, FacebookProphet
    • Reinforcement Learning for price optimization
    • Proficiency working in an AWS environment with Sagemaker notebook and building/deploying ML models and pipeline
    • Ability to build mathematical models using OR techniques
    • Familiarity with CPLEX, PyTorch, TensorFlow, ETL tools is a plus
    • Experience working with Scikit-Learn, or Spark ML
    • Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
    • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
    • Knowledge and experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies a plus.
    • Knowledge/experience in the Hospitality Industry a plus.
