Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, aiding clients in finding, hiring, and retaining top talent.

· Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.

· Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to gain market intelligence.

· Work closely with Account Managers to submit candidates for client placements.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and employment period.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required.

· No prior recruiting experience is necessary.

· Comfortable operating in a sales-oriented environment.

· Desire to work in a competitive, high-energy office setting.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.
