    Description

    Join our team at AllianceHealth Durant! We are currently seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable RN to join our ICU department on a PRN basis for day and night shifts.


    We are dedicated to providing top-notch care to our patients and are searching for team members who share our commitment to excellence.



    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Evaluate patients and develop care plans
    • Assist physicians during procedures
    • Administer medications and conduct tests
    • Empower patients towards independence through education
    • Exercise judgment in planning and task execution
    • Demonstrate creativity and autonomy in role
    • Report to unit manager or department head

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Familiarity with standard nursing practices
