- Coordinate with the repair team to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing detailed and accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines.
- Manage and track the progress of all repairs, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain detailed records of all estimates and repair work, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Stay up-to-date with OEM position statements and repair procedures for luxury vehicles.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with insurance companies.
- Proficient with computers and technology to generate reports and keep records.
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledgeable in repairs for electric and luxury vehicles.

Peotter's Auto Body and Spa is a high-end vehicle repair facility seeking an experienced Auto Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive collision damage estimating and be knowledgeable in insurance procedures and requirements. We are fast-paced and engaging. We are one of New Jersey's Top Repair Facilities in the state. We have certifications in, Tesla, Lucid, Rivian, Land Rover & Jaguar.
The Estimator will be responsible for assessing and estimating repair costs for vehicles brought in for repair, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will have experience using CCC One estimating and management software.
