- Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical treatment programs.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families on therapeutic regimens.
- Prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries.
- Collaborate with physicians in evaluating patients for medications.
- Supervise and provide support to other clinical staff as needed.
- Utilize community resources to meet member's treatment needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Report safety concerns to appropriate agencies.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) AND Couples and Families Endorsement (California) within 24 months.
- National Provider Identifier required.
- Familiarity with DSM-V for diagnosis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and professional standards.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment.
- Commitment to quality of service and teamwork.
- Previous experience in psychiatric treatment settings.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and psychotherapy.
